Cherith Brook Food Pantry began in 1998 as a ministry to provide food assistance to those in need in our community. Today it is continues as a place for families to receive food and the love of Jesus. CBFP is a member agency of the Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri (www.sharefoodbringhope.org). Local schools, organizations, and businesses also give back to the community by hosting food drives that benefit CBFP. This ministry is made possible through the efforts of a dedicated group of volunteers who desire to show the love of Christ.

Cherith Brook is open each Tuesday evening from 4:00PM - 7:00PM and each Thursday from 10:00AM – 4:00PM. Because CBFP distributes US Department of Agriculture commodities, households using the pantry for the first time are asked to bring the following information: photo ID, a Social Security card for each member of their household, and a piece of mail (i.e. a utility bill) to verify they are a resident of Randolph County.
