Multiplication Growth
The greatest threat to the devil is the multiplication growth of the Church. That growth is dependent upon the Church doing its part in seven specific areas that God multiplies. They are:

1) The Word
2) Discipleship
3) Leadership
4) Anointing
5) Church Planting
6) Resources
7) Unity

The International School of Ministry helps facilitate multiplication growth in all seven areas. There are also many major barriers which ISOM crosses including the language barrier, the geography barrier, the cost barrier and the political barrier. It enables thousands to be trained simultaneously, removes the need for foreigners to be on site and moves the training process into the hands of nationals. Through using outstanding teachers, who have recognized ministries of integrity, the content in of what is taught, in doctrine and delivery, can be kept at an excellent level. We divided it up into a systematic, five-trimester training program. With three hours of material covered each week, each trimester takes roughly 12 weeks to complete taking about a year and a half to finish.

Each video course has accompanying notes. The notes contain a written overview of the video content, group discussion ideas, homework assignments and exams.

Various educational institutions also grant credit for ISOM coursework, including Christian Leadership University who grant an Associate of Biblical Studies degree issued under a religious exempt status. Also Vision International Educational Network gives an accredited Diploma of Christian Ministry to those who do ISOM and follow their requirements
