🏢 In-Person: FLF Office or Dream Center – Hwy 24 location

🗓 Application Deadline: July 31. Applications will not be accepted after this date.

Once we receive and process your application, you’ll receive a Smart Start postcard in the mail with your appointment pick-up time.

📦 Smart Start Distribution Day:

August 11 at the Moberly Municipal Auditorium (Downtown)
